BCBA Clinical Supervisor

Merakey is looking for a strong BCBA to assist in the oversight and support of the ABA program as a Clinical Supervisor. This individual must possess proven strong clinical knowledge and experience in treatment and documentation to persons with severe and persistent behavioral health or mental health needs. Also, demonstrate the ability to provide clinical supervision that improves measurable quality, care, and compliance outcomes. Schedule: This position offers a flexible schedule Monday-Friday, in-clinic setting. Compensation: Up to $95,000/year Completes and supports staff in completion of necessary clinical assessment Provides clinical supervision and oversight to all designated programs, to including but not limited to Providing clinical supervision and consultation to staff of designated programs. Monitoring and review of program processes and review and follow up of incident reports Documents all monitoring and supervision, and provides ongoing review with Director Provides clinical support and supervision to the BCBAs/BTs Assists programs with preparation of routine internal/external audits. Assists as back up to Director if a program supervisory staff is absent/vacant.
