The Associate Director of Young Adult Ministries (post-high school through 20's) at The River Anglican Church is a passionate follower of Jesus who is self-motivated, enjoys mentoring young adults, building new relationships, and connecting young adults into the life of The River.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of Young Adult Ministries to create a welcoming environment for all young adults.
- Help disciple regular attenders and follow-up with new or disengaged participants to encourage growth and connection.
- Assist administratively with planning, communication, and execution of events.
Serve as a point of contact for participants regarding event details, ministry activities, and group involvement. - Build a leadership team to develop future leaders and assist with the ongoing affairs of the ministry.
