Job Title Post-Production Coordinator Primary Purpose We are seeking a proactive Post-Production Coordinator to drive projects from initiation to final delivery. This role focuses on retouching annotation, project management, cross-functional communication, and quality control. You will be critical in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of photo and print assets in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities Project Management: Develop and manage post-production timelines to guarantee high-quality, on-time delivery. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with project management and shoot production teams to align on scope, budgets, and schedules. Status Reporting: Provide daily status updates for active projects using standard presentation and spreadsheet tools. Vendor Management: Source, negotiate with, and manage external retouchers and post-production houses in alignment with project scope and creative direction. Act as the primary liaison for external partners from art release through final delivery. Material Sourcing: Source and oversee the production of printed, branded, and gifting materials. Quality Assurance: Facilitate in-person and remote retouching and color reviews with creative and production teams. Validate final artwork specifications (e.g., color space, file size) prior to distribution. Asset Management: Archive final assets in accordance with internal standards. Financial Tracking: Track project budgets, process invoices, and proactively identify scope changes. Qualifications Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of print production specifications and color management principles. Strong understanding of photography capture, retouching, and color workflows. Software Skills: Experience with project management tools (e.g., Workfront) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems (e.g., Adobe AEM). Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (specifically retouching and color correction) is highly preferred. Experience: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 2-3 years of production experience. Quality Focus: Meticulous attention to detail and a critical eye for retouching and color accuracy. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong professional relationships. Adaptability: Proactive problem-solver, comfortable adapting to shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
