Senior Sales Leader, Wholesale Glass & Aluminum

Quality Glass & Mirror, a glass and aluminum fabricator headquartered in Omaha, is seeking a hands-on, senior sales leader to scale our wholesale business. You will lead the outside sales team, shape the sales motion, and own the pipeline, accounts, cadence, and results. This builder's role requires field time, a track record of growing wallet share, strong relationships with glazing contractors and OEMs, and the ability to make fast pricing decisions within margin guidelines.
