Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (overtime opportunities available)

About the Role

Are you looking to begin or grow your career in an office environment? We are seeking an Entry-Level Service Coordinator to support our operations team by helping manage customer communications, scheduling appointments, and coordinating daily service activities.

This position is perfect for someone with customer service experience who enjoys staying organized, helping others, and working in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, so we're looking for attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn more than direct industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide a positive customer experience
• Gather and document information from new customer inquiries
• Schedule appointments and coordinate service requests
• Assist with prioritizing daily service needs
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments and updates
• Welcome and assist visitors as needed
• Support general administrative and office tasks
• Maintain accurate records and data entry within internal systems

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Retail, hospitality, reception, call center, or administrative experience is highly transferable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Demonstrated reliability and job stability
