Speech Pathologist

As a Speech Pathologist at Encompass Health, you’ll provide evaluation and treatment for adults recovering from major illnesses and injuries in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans, address swallowing and communication disorders, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and therapists. You’ll document progress, educate patients and families, and participate in quality improvement while accessing specialty training, mentorship, and career growth opportunities.
