What You will Do:

• Support Electrical Panel and Device manufacturing teams by developing Build Inspection Plans and investigating build‐related issues
• Communicate issues and resolutions to Design Engineering; track closure through PCRs
• Research issues using 3D models, drawings, and engineering systems
• Maintain strong communication with design engineering and product definition teams
• Advise manufacturing leadership and hourly workforce on engineering issues
• Update engineering documentation per change‐management practices
• Support root‐cause analysis and proper issue closure
• Participate in design reviews, first article inspections, and daily pulse meetings

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology, Or Associates degree with a minimum of 5 years manufacturing and/or engineering experience
• Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, schematics, and 3D models
• Basic understanding of electronics is required as a minimum
• Comfortable working in a shop‐floor environment
• Exceptional knowledge of NCR and Gage Cal processes
• Hardware/Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem‐solving and critical‐thinking skills
• Self‐motivated with strong sense of urgency

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Oracle, Wilmor, TEEXMA, Zuken, Reliance; Teamcenter/NX/AWC/VisMockup
• ERP Systems Knowledge

Pay Range: $65,000 to $75,000 per year

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

This role is considered an on-site position located in Erie, PA.

• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
• Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
