Andy Manchanda State Farm is growing and looking for a motivated, client-focused team member to join the office as an Account Manager. This is a hybrid sales and service role, ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, solving problems, and creating new business opportunities. Our office is backed by over 20 years of combined team insurance experience and is known for providing personalized, high-quality service. We are a multilingual, high-performing team that values consistency, professionalism, and genuine care for our customers. About the Role This is not a pushy sales environment. We are looking for someone who can take a consultative approach, ask good questions, educate customers, and help them make informed decisions about their insurance needs. Responsibilities Building strong relationships with customers through phone, email, and in-person communication Assisting with policy questions, changes, billing, coverage reviews, and general service needs Quoting and presenting insurance options for auto, home, life, and other State Farm products Following up with leads, current customers, and potential new clients Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and better protect customers Maintaining accurate notes and customer information in agency systems Meeting daily activity expectations and contributing to team sales goals Providing a professional, helpful, and positive customer experience Qualifications Must be willing and able to obtain required insurance licenses prior to starting Previous sales, customer service, banking, call center, or insurance experience is a plus Bilingual ability is a plus, but not required Strong computer skills and attention to detail Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Required Skills Enjoy talking with people and building trust Have strong communication and follow‑up skills Are comfortable discussing products, pricing, and customer needs Can balance customer service tasks while also looking for sales opportunities Are motivated by goals, activity, and earning potential Are organized and able to manage multiple customer requests throughout the day Have a positive attitude and are open to coaching and feedback Want to grow long‑term in the insurance industry Pay range: Equal Opportunity Statement This position is with Andy Manchanda, an independent contractor State Farm® agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
