Director of Maintenance

Senior Maintenance & Reliability LeaderThis position will serve as the senior Maintenance & Reliability leader for a complex, multi-site manufacturing operation, responsible for transforming the function from reactive maintenance to a proactive, data driven reliability model. This role requires someone equally comfortable setting long-term strategy with senior executives and spending time on the plant floor with technicians and supervisors. The leader will drive reliability strategy, asset management, maintenance programs, and team development while connecting reliability performance directly to safety, cost, and business results.Core Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical fieldHeavy manufacturing / industrial industry experience15+ years of progressive Maintenance, Reliability, or Operations leadership experiencePreferred Requirements:Master's degree or MBACMRP, CRL, PMP, or Lean/Six Sigma certificationResponsibilities:Set the enterprise strategy and multi-year roadmap for Maintenance & Reliability transformationPartner with Operations and Engineering to align reliability priorities with production, safety, and cost goalsOversee the full asset lifecycle, including criticality analysis, risk assessment, and equipment strategyLead preventive/predictive maintenance programs and disciplined work management practicesBuild reliability engineering and root cause analysis capability to eliminate recurring failuresLead, mentor, and develop maintenance managers, engineers, planners, and techniciansCiresiMorek is a team of experienced industry professionals known for a hands-on, relationship-driven approach.
