About The Role

We're looking for a Cup Machine Operator to safely operate dipping cup machines, perform changeovers, monitor product quality, and ensure sanitation and documentation accuracy.

What You'll Do

Operate small, large, and round dipping cup machines

Identify correct film, cups, lids, boxes, and coding

Change cups, lids, seal pads, blades, and film

Perform weight adjustments to maintain product weights

Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues

Complete inspection and downtime documentation

Clean, sanitize, disassemble, and reassemble equipment (CIP/COP)

What You'll Need

High school diploma or GED

13 months of manufacturing or machine operation experience

Ability to stand/walk 7+ hours

Ability to lift 25100 lbs as required

Ability to work in wet, humid, cold, hot, and noisy environments

The Schedule & Setting

Full-time role in a multi-temp production environment

Exposure to moving machinery and chemicals

PPE required
