Job Summary: HCA Florida JFK Boynton Beach FSED is seeking a FT Emergency Medicine Physician to join this premier practice along the Florida Atlantic Coast in Palm Beach County. The FSED is an 8‑bed ED, plus a code room with a separate ambulance bay that runs efficiently and transfers to the sister facility at HCA Florida JFK Hospital. The facility sees about 10,000 patients annually, around a 2.0 pph. The FSED has CT, X‑Ray, and Lab on site and the charting system is Meditech PDOC.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 emergency care coverage for an 8‑bed ED.
• Manage code room and ambulance bay activities.
• Utilize on‑site CT, X‑Ray, and laboratory services.
• Maintain patient charting using Meditech PDOC.
• Service approximately 10,000 patients annually (average 2.0 pph).
• Work an average of 120 hours per month (10 shifts) as a full‑time physician.
