Job Summary Job Summary: HCA Florida JFK Boynton Beach FSED is seeking a FT Emergency Medicine Physician to join this premier practice along the Florida Atlantic Coast in Palm Beach County. The FSED is an 8‑bed ED, plus a code room with a separate ambulance bay that runs efficiently and transfers to the sister facility at HCA Florida JFK Hospital. The facility sees about 10,000 patients annually, around a 2.0 pph. The FSED has CT, X‑Ray, and Lab on site and the charting system is Meditech PDOC. Specialization Emergency Medicine Responsibilities Provide 24/7 emergency care coverage for an 8‑bed ED. Manage code room and ambulance bay activities. Utilize on‑site CT, X‑Ray, and laboratory services. Maintain patient charting using Meditech PDOC. Service approximately 10,000 patients annually (average 2.0 pph). Work an average of 120 hours per month (10 shifts) as a full‑time physician.
