Infusion Center Registered NurseInova Schar Cancer Institute is looking for a dedicated Infusion Center Registered Nurse to join the team at their Alexandria Mark Center location. This role will be part-time day shift from Monday – Friday. Our part time nurses work two 9-hour shifts per week 8:00 - 5:30 pm. Determines processes for delivery of care from direct patient/family communication, technology and other healthcare team member collaboration.Requirements:A minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse clinical experience.Education: BSN or ADN - If ADN then complete BSN within 5 years of start dateBLS for Healthcare Provider Certification from the American Heart Association requiredRN licensed, and eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.Proficient in English, strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skill and the ability to display a caring demeanor towards others. Proficient computer skills required.Preferred Qualifications:Previous Chemotherapy Infusion experience strongly preferred
