Job Responsibilities

• Perform equipment setup, clean-ups, packaging, filling, labeling, maintenance, and other operational duties.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) by maintaining cleanliness of production areas.
• Inspect incoming materials and finished goods, report non-conformances, and make minor corrections as needed.
• Operate multiple machines including fillers, cappers, robots, and casing equipment.
• Conduct line inspections and perform quality checks, completing all required documentation accurately.
• Adhere to all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.
• Monitor computer terminals and client screens efficiently.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior experience as a Production Operator.
• Good math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Valid forklift license with the ability to operate safely and efficiently.
• Ability to work a 10 hour shift with overtime, including unpaid lunch.

Preferences

• Experience with operator control panels and automated casing equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude to sequence equipment for proper start-up and shutdown.
• Ability to identify line problems and employ corrective actions.
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
