Position Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused  Customer Service Attendant to join our automatic car wash team. This position is responsible for creating a great customer experience, assisting customers with wash packages and memberships, and helping keep the property clean, safe, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Assist customers with choosing the wash package that best fits their needs.
• Promote and sell wash packages, memberships, and other services.
• Educate customers about membership benefits and promotions.
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Assist customers at the pay stations, vacuum area, and wash entrance when needed.
• Help direct vehicles safely through the wash process.
• Monitor the car wash area and report equipment or maintenance issues.
• Keep the property, vacuum area, entrance, and customer areas clean and organized.
• Empty trash and maintain a clean appearance throughout the property.
• Follow all company safety procedures and operating standards.
• Work as a team to meet customer service and sales goals.
• Provide an upbeat, welcoming experience that encourages customers to return.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing, and dependable personality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable talking with customers and making sales recommendations.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
