Job Title: SAP IS-U Functional Consultants (Multiple Roles) Location: US-based (remote with potential onsite as required by client) St Louis, MO Job Description SAP IS-U Functional Consultants (Multiple Roles) Anticipated Engagement with Major Public Utility Client Diversified Technology, Inc. (DTI), an African American-owned IT consulting, and staffing firm based in Chicago, is preparing for an upcoming engagement with a major public utility client . We are building a pipeline of experienced SAP IS-U Functional Consultants to support mission-critical CIS (Customer Information System) work streams. We are seeking consultants with strong expertise in SAP IS-U core modules including Billing & Invoicing, FICA, Device Management, Customer Service, and CRM/CIC integration. Candidates should bring hands-on configuration experience, deep functional knowledge, and utility industry project exposure. Open Roles 1. SAP IS-U Functional Consultant (CIS) — Focus areas: Device Management (DM), Customer Service (CS), Billing & Invoicing (BI), FICA, Customer Interaction Center (CIC0). 2. SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing Consultant — Focus areas: Rate determination, schema design, invoicing, FI/CO and FICA integration, tariff configuration, meter reading & usage data integration. 3. SAP IS-U Device Management Consultant — Focus areas: Device lifecycle (installation/removal/exchange), meter reading orders/results, interval data management (IDEX/MDUS), AMI/Smart Meter integration. 4. SAP IS-U FICA Consultant — Focus areas: Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable, payment processing, dunning & collections, security deposits, FI integration. 5. SAP IS-U Customer Service Consultant — Focus areas: Customer master data, move-in/move-out processes, service orders, CIC0, complaint management. 6. SAP IS-U CRM / CIC Integration Specialist — Focus areas: CIC0, CRM integration, customer engagement, service request & case management. 7. SAP IS-U Integration Specialist (Middleware Focus) — Focus areas: IDEX, MDUS, PI/PO or CPI interfaces with AMI & external CIS, market communication processes. Core Modules/Skills Required Across Roles FICA (billing, payments, collections) Billing & Invoicing Device Management Customer Service (CS/CIC0) Move-in / Move-out & Master Data Utility industry project experience highly preferred Pay rate: $100/hour On W2 Benefits Please note: benefits information is available via our company benefits document (Google Docs) and the DTI Benefit Handbook for Hourly Consultants.
