Outsource is looking for a Safety Coordinator for a two + month long contract in Los Lunas. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply immediately. This project starts on Monday, 8/10. Candidates must have a CHST and data center experience to be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce company and client safety policies
- Deliver safety training, coaching, and instruction
- Assist with incident and accident investigations and corrective action
- Conduct safety audits and ensure OSHA compliance
- Track safety metrics, identify trends, and implement solutions for recurring issues
- Support accident prevention and loss mitigation efforts
- Travel occasionally (approximately 5%) to client locations
Required Qualifications
Must Have
- High School Diploma
- 3 years of Occupational Health & Safety experience in a data center environment
- MUST HAVE A CHST
- OSHA 30 certification
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to influence and coach employees on safety practices
- Ability to work Monday-Saturday 7:00 am-5:30 pm
