Warehouse Associate

Pay Range $17.00 - $21.00 Purpose As a warehouse associate at Floor & Decor, you are the backbone of our retail location. Your key responsibilities include compiling orders, replenishing and moving merchandise, checking inventory, interacting with customers, and operating a forklift. Restock the showroom floor with product. Organize merchandise to company standards for customer ease. Load correct product for customer orders. Assist customers in finding products and answering questions. Support other areas of the store as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Minimum Eligibility Requirements Must be 18 years or older. Basic math skills. Warehouse experience. Customer service experience. Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment preferred but not required. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure. Completion of forklift certification through F&D. Working Conditions While performing duties, employees may be exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. Noise level is typically quiet to moderate. Physical/Sensory Requirements Ability to exert 30-60 pounds of force occasionally, 20-30 pounds frequently, and up to 20 pounds constantly. Use of hands and fingers, standing, walking, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
