Exciting Opportunity! BC Machine Operator at Ethicon

Pay Rate: $21.73/hr | 4-On/4-Off Schedule | Day & Night Shifts

• Shifts: All Kelly Employees will be placed on Nights after training. Training may be provided on either shift:
  • Day shift (6:30 am – 6:30 pm)
  • Night shift (6:30 pm – 6:30 am)

What You’ll Do:

• Operate, monitor, and adjust state-of-the-art machinery for sterile suture product manufacturing
• Load and unload suture products, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency
• Complete packaging and documentation with precision and care
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures (ISO 13485, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001)
• Support reporting and deep cleaning as part of your role
• Communicate proactively with your team and management
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Additional Benefits & Requirements:

• Solid work history with an updated resume required
• Must complete a 4-5 hour assessment as part of the application process
• Dress Code: For safety and product integrity, the following restrictions apply:
  • Restricted to wear makeup, jewelry, fake nails, fake eyelashes
  • Dickies or scrubs
  • Safety toed shoes

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent with documentation available
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to attend safety and environmental training
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods
• Ready for repetitive, hands-on work in a fast pace production environment
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
• Any rehires or current individuals working onsite will undergo an eligibility check
