Ever Guard roofing & painting is seeking an apprentice level team member to support hands-on work at our onsite location in Gig Harbor, WA.

This apprentice level role is a great opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute in a practical, team-focused environment. You’ll assist with day-to-day tasks under the guidance of experienced team members while building foundational skills and confidence in your craft.

This part-time, onsite position is based in Gig Harbor, WA, and is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and cares about quality and safe work practices.

• Assist with assigned tasks and follow established procedures and safety expectations

• Learn through on-the-job training and apply feedback to improve performance

• Support daily operations by preparing materials, organizing work areas, and completing routine assignments

• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment

• Communicate clearly with supervisors and peers to ensure tasks are completed accurately

• Willingness to learn and follow direction in a structured, team-based setting

• Ability to work onsite in Gig Harbor, WA as scheduled for part-time hours

• Reliability and punctuality, with a strong commitment to completing assigned tasks

• Ability to perform hands-on work as needed for the role

• Clear communication skills and a respectful, professional attitude

• Prior experience or exposure to hands-on work or apprenticeship-style training

• Familiarity with basic safety practices and a strong safety mindset

Hourly rate: $25.00 - $28.00
