Coach and support sales staff to help them reach their professional potential. Oversee day-to-day operations to maintain a high standard of service for every policyholder. Analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify new growth opportunities. Cultivate meaningful relationships within the Hampton community to increase our brand presence. Collaborate with the broader team to refine our sales processes and outreach efforts. Requirements Active Virginia Property & Casualty license. Proven track record of success in insurance sales or agency management. Strong leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide a team. Deep understanding of the local Hampton insurance market. Proficiency in industry-standard quoting software and CRM platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
