Experience level - 10+ Years
\n \nSeeking a hands-on Senior Python & MongoDB Engineer to build and support mission-critical, high-volume applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python, MongoDB, distributed systems, performance optimization, scalability, resiliency, and production operations.
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Design and develop scalable, highly available distributed systems. \n
- Build and optimize Python applications for performance and reliability. \n
- Architect and manage enterprise-scale MongoDB deployments. \n
- Enhance platform scalability, resiliency, monitoring, and operational excellence. \n
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive platform modernization. \n
Must-Have Skills
\n- \n
- Strong hands-on experience in Python development . \n
- Deep expertise in MongoDB (data modeling, indexing, query tuning, replication, sharding). \n
- Experience building and supporting large-scale distributed systems . \n
- Strong understanding of scalability, availability, resiliency, and disaster recovery . \n
- Experience with production monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management . \n
- Ability to optimize systems handling high-volume transactions. \n
Good-to-Have Skills

- Microservices and event-driven architectures. \n
- Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). \n
- Container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes). \n
- CI/CD and DevOps practices. \n
- Observability and monitoring tools. \n
- Technical leadership and platform transformation experience. \n
