Licensed Social Worker

We are currently seeking a Social Service Worker. Job Responsibilities and Duties: Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the overall operations of the Social Services Department Oversee the Medicaid process Complete MDS assessments and support the admissions process Provide leadership and guidance to the Social Services Department staff Work primarily during daytime hours, with occasional evening and weekend visits as needed Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school or program of Social Work (minimum requirement) Two years of postgraduate experience in long-term care or related programs Must meet equivalent state requirements for social work practice, or hold certification/credentialing from the National Association of Social Workers if the state has no legal regulation BS in Social Service required 2+ years of social work and MDS assessment experience, ideally in a long-term care setting Energetic, results-oriented team leader with superior interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated, caring approach, with passion for working with elderly and behavioral residents Benefits: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Disability Insurance Vision Insurance Employee Assistance Program 401(k) Life Insurance Paid Time Off Additional Benefits: Telemedicine: $0 co-pay for telemedicine appointments, providing easy access to medical consultations from the comfort of your home.
