Regulatory Analyst - Hybrid

We are hiring a Regulatory Analyst for one of our clients in Trenton, NJ.

Job Description:

• Review and analyze newly introduced legislation affecting DPMC's authority
• Legal research related to statutory and regulatory amendments and construction and design industry policy issues
• Research and draft proposed new regulations and amendments to regulations with impact to DPMC or its stakeholders
• Manage legal and administrative review process for new or amended regulations
• Work towards expertise in DPMC's policy objectives to ensure cohesion with regulation and published policies
• Research and draft publications, guidance documents, fact sheets and reports related to DPMC policy objectives
• Aid in the development of training materials and interactive education sessions on regulatory matters
• Collaborate and foster DPMC stakeholder and Treasury and external partner relationships
• Planning and participating in conferences, public hearings, listening sessions, and other public events.

Education required:

• Undergraduate degree minimum

Experience Required:

• 2-4 years of experience in legislative/regulatory affairs and/or administrative law and/or regulatory compliance program management

Work hours:

• 8-4 or 9-5
• Lunch period: 1 hour (unpaid)
