Master's Degree Therapist
Dreamer Wellness Center is looking for a licensed master degreed therapist for a 2nd shift position, 12pm-8pm. An equine assisted therapy certification is preferable but willing to train. This position would start out part-time, and potentially grow into full time for the right candidate. Dreamer Wellness Center is located on a 38-acre horse farm, providing experiential therapies including equine assisted therapy (ground based), art, social skills, and music to children and adults. Dreamer Wellness is seeking a part-time/full-time therapist to work at the farm in Mequon Monday through Friday after school until 8pm. Opportunity for growth and expansion including training in equine therapy.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexible.
- Detail oriented.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
- License.
- 2nd shift position after school until 8pm Monday through Friday, no weekends.
About the Position:
- Dreamer Wellness Center is seeking a licensed mental health therapist to provide therapeutic services.
- Develop and maintain positive and trusting relationships with clients.
- Meets with clients regularly to provide therapy.
- Maintains thorough case notes of client meetings and progress.
- Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality.
- The perfect candidate will be comfortable working with children in a creative, and self-directed environment.
