Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Summary:

New Patterns ABA VA is seeking a talented and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Henrico, VA. As a BCBA with New Patterns ABA VA, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals on the Autism Spectrum and with other qualifying diagnoses, providing in-home and community-based ABA therapy. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Serving clients in their homes, schools, or community settings as needed

• Conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans

• Implementing and monitoring behavior intervention plans, making adjustments as necessary

• Providing training and support to staff and caregivers on implementing behavior intervention strategies

• Collecting and analyzing data to track progress and make data-driven decisions

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records using Central Reach

• Adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of patient information

Requirements:

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Flexibility, empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented, client-centered approach

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Competitive pay ranging from $90 - $120 per hour or $90,000 - $130,000 per year commensurate with experience
