Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) and company match PTO/vacation policy Paid holidays Bonus programs Tuition reimbursement/training Job Details The Assembler is responsible for assembling, installing, and fitting components and subassemblies according to engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing procedures while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. 2nd shift 130pm to 10pm Monday-Friday Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assemble parts, subassemblies, and finished products using hand tools, power tools, drills, rivet guns, and precision measuring instruments. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, and production documents. Install hardware, fasteners, brackets, fittings, and related components. Perform drilling, countersinking, deburring, sealing, fastening, and assembly operations. Verify dimensions and tolerances using measuring equipment and inspection tools. Follow company quality standards, work instructions, and safety procedures. Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with specifications and quality requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Support production schedules and meet established manufacturing goals. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or mechanical assembly experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and follow detailed work instructions. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and measuring instruments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
