Job Summary You will play a crucial role in creating a memorable and enjoyable experience for our guests by operating attractions, assisting guests, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. Key Responsibilities Operate attractions while following all safety expectations and age restrictions. Anticipate and solve guest issues independently or with assistance. Communicate clearly with guests and team members. Engage guests to ensure a positive experience. Maintain surrounding areas neat and clean. Stay organized and aware of party schedules to execute booked events. Provide basic information about the facility (pricing, directions, duration of gameplay). Responsibilities for Minors 14‑15 Years: Guest Service, general cleaning, monitoring guests, and operating a cash register. 16‑17 Years: Guest Service, general cleaning, monitoring guests, operating a cash register, ride operation, and food preparation. Skills & Requirements Desire and ability to remain pleasant, upbeat, and sociable throughout the workday. Flexibility to work varying days, nights, holidays, and weekends. Prior guest service or hospitality experience preferred. Physical Requirements Walking or standing for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 15 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs for stocking. Perform organization, bending, reaching, turning, climbing, and other tasks. Quick and accurate communication skills. Comfortable in environments with bright, dim, or flashing lights and loud sounds.
