Location: Toledo Hospital Department: Anesthesia Weekly Hours: 40 Status: Full time Shift: Days (United States of America) Sign On Bonus: Job Requisition Qualifies for Sign on Bonus Bonus Amount: Up to $80,000 Overview A ProMedica Physician’s Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) is a key member of a patient-centric care delivery model for high quality and service within a healthcare setting. Performs at or above the standards of care for superior patient experience in clinical and non-clinical settings. Able to proficiently navigate multiple information technology platforms and applications to provide and support best practices/protocols, value-based care, supporting, implementing, and demonstrating the Core Values of ProMedica. Works in collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons and other physicians and medical professionals to deliver anesthesia for a variety of procedures. ProMedica owns and operates 10 hospitals and has an affiliated interest in one additional hospital. The organization has 2,500+ physicians and advanced practice providers with privileges and 1,300+ health care providers employed by ProMedica Physicians. Demonstrate proficiency across information technology platforms to support best practices and value-based care in a patient-centric environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in nursing. Doctoral degree from an accredited CRNA program. Active Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license in the state of practice. Registered Nurse (RN) licensure—must meet applicable state or compact licensure requirements. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
