The Best Teams are Created and Maintained Here.Job SummaryThe Payroll Specialist ensures payroll is processed according to Company policy and any problems or questions relating to payroll are resolved or answered.Duties and Responsibilities:Process payroll in accordance with company policiesReview and screen branch timecard entries for accuracyEnter data into the payroll system accurately and in a timely mannerAssist branches with various payroll reporting requirementsEducation and Experience:Minimum of 2 years of relevant payroll experienceKnowledge of federal, state, and local payroll laws and guidelinesStrong multi-tasking skills with the ability to work in fast fast-paced environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail with strong organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook email)Ability to work with confidential informationA team player and supportive business partner attitudePhysical Demands/Requirements:Constant operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, photocopier, and computer printerPosition is sedentary; must be able to remain in a stationary position for a majority of the timeAbility to maintain, in your possession at all times, required medications to address any known allergic reactions should they occur.Work Environment:This role works in an indoor office work environment.BrightView Landscapes, LLC is an Equal Opportunity and E-Verify Employer.This job description is subject to change at any time.Compensation Pay Range:26.00 to 28.00/hr.BrightView offers a suite or health, wellness, and financial benefits to full-time team members.
