Certified Customs Specialist Analyst

To support client service teams, the full-time Certified Customs Specialist Analyst will manage day-to-day client interactions, ensure compliance with customs regulations, and maintain accurate tariff databases while working remotely. Key responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers, providing daily support and ensuring compliance with customs requirements Create and maintain client tariff databases, ensuring accuracy for efficient processing and compliance Conduct internal audits and assist in reporting performance metrics for the Client Service Team Required qualifications 3 years of related experience in customs brokerage or import/export operations High School diploma/GED or equivalent; Associate's Degree or post-secondary education preferred Working towards or completion of the Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) designation is required Strong knowledge of customs regulations and compliance processes Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
