Motus Marketing is growing, and we’re looking for outgoing, motivated Promotional Sales Representatives to join our team!

In this role, you’ll represent well-known brands inside local retail stores, connect with customers face-to-face, and help them find products and services that fit their needs. No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers and start conversations on the sales floor
• Represent our clients professionally and build brand awareness
• Educate customers on products and services
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
• Create a positive experience for every customer interaction
