What You'll Be Doing.

As a Cleaning Technician, you'll help ensure apartments and community spaces are move-in ready and maintained to a high standard.

Apartment Turnovers

• Deep clean vacant apartments before new residents move in.

• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and appliances.

• Remove dust, dirt, debris, and leftover materials from units.

• Clean windows, mirrors, countertops, fixtures, and flooring.

• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces.

• Identify cleaning or maintenance issues that may need additional attention.

Community & Common Areas

• Maintain cleanliness throughout hallways, stairwells, offices, laundry rooms, and shared spaces.

• Empty trash and recycling containers.

• Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces.

• Help maintain a positive appearance throughout the property.

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist with light painting touch-ups and basic apartment preparation tasks as needed.

• Restock cleaning supplies and maintain organized storage areas.

• Follow company cleaning standards and safety procedures.

• Work closely with the property management and maintenance teams to ensure apartments are completed on schedule.

• Deliver excellent service while helping create a welcoming environment for residents.

What We're Looking For.

You may be a great fit if you have:

• Previous cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, hotel, apartment turnover, or custodial experience.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.

• The ability to work independently and stay organized.

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active throughout the day.

• Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Bonus Points For.

• Apartment turnover or residential cleaning experience.

• Experience in hospitality, hotel housekeeping, healthcare cleaning, or janitorial services.

• Experience using professional cleaning equipment and products.

• Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and workplace safety procedures.

Schedule.

Monday-Friday

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Occasional overtime opportunities may be available based on business needs.

Work Environment.

You'll primarily work throughout a residential apartment community, cleaning vacant apartments and maintaining common areas. Every day offers variety as you help prepare homes for new residents and ensure the community remains clean and welcoming.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Albany, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
