Treasury Associate

A fast-growing financial services and fintech platform is hiring a Treasury Analyst / Associate to join its Corporate Finance team. This role reports directly into the Head of Treasury and is a great fit for someone who wants broad exposure across liquidity management, cash forecasting, bank relationships, treasury systems, and process improvement. They’re ideally looking for 2 to 5 years of treasury or cash management experience, preferably in financial services. They’re also open to Big 4 / Top 10 auditors who are intentionally pivoting into Treasury and can clearly articulate why. What you’ll be doing Monitor daily cash positions and ensure sufficient liquidity across accounts Build and maintain cash flow forecasts and analyze variances vs actuals Support bank relationship management and day-to-day treasury operations Assist with short-term and long-term investment activity and related analysis Leverage a treasury management system to streamline workflows and reporting Support implementation and enhancement of treasury technology and controls Partner with Finance and Accounting to ensure accurate inputs and reporting alignment Identify process gaps, strengthen internal controls, and improve documentation Contribute to ad hoc analysis and special projects for leadership What they’re looking for 2 to 5 years of experience in Treasury, cash management, or liquidity forecasting Financial services experience is preferred Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally Solid understanding of GAAP reporting and how treasury ties into financials Excel and PowerPoint fluency Treasury Management System exposure is important Kyriba experience is strongly preferred (open to candidates without Kyriba if the treasury foundation is strong) Nice to have: NetSuite or other GL exposure, Coupa, CTP (completed or in progress) Why it’s interesting Direct visibility to the Head of Treasury and broad scope across core treasury functions Opportunity to work on system implementation and process modernization Competitive comp structure (base + bonus + equity) and strong benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr Atlas Search
