Holy Cross Hospital is looking for a locum for Vascular Surgery coverage starting as soon as credentialed! Dates of Coverage: Starting 10/1/24 until TBD. Reason for Coverage: Loss of provider. Practice Setting: Hospital Based. Call Ratio: 1:3. Average Number of Cases Per Day: 2. Documentation System/EMR: Epic. Trauma Level/Designation: 5. Annual ER Volume: 58,000. Number of Operating Rooms: 2. Patient Age Demographic: Ages 18+. Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days. Must be Local - Only Mileage is Reimbursed. Vascular Surgery Procedures Required: Aneurysm repairs, Arterial bypass, Peripheral Vascular Access Devices, Endovascular Surgery Procedures Required: Carotid Artery Stenting, Femoral Popliteal Bypass, Aortofemoral Bypass. Trinity Health does not reimburse for any credentialing costs or application fees.

Submission Requirements: Board Certified General Surgery and American Board of Vascular Medicine - Required. Fellowship Training- Required. BLS, ACLS- Required. FL State License- Required. Local Preferred. 25k conversion fee cap.

Certification Requirements: ACLS BLS Board Certified.

State License Requirements: Florida.
