Job Description:

• We are looking for a Sr. IAM BA with at least 6+ years of IT experience.
• Preferred experience: Single Sign On, Boomi, OKTA, OIM

Job Duties:

Interface with Stakeholders: Facilitate, lead, and present at meetings with subject matter experts, decision makers, and technical experts. Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the project team, ensuring that communication is effective and stakeholders are informed of project progress, issues and risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that identity management processes align with other IT system processes.

Document/Requirements Management: Map current and future business processes and align technology solutions with short- and long-term business strategies. Evaluate issue patterns to plan and execute process improvements and system upgrades. Identify and document business processes from both upstream and downstream in OIM(Oracle Identity Manager). Crafting business requirement documents, process level flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
