D365 Project ManagerAddison, TX – preference is on site 3-4 days a weekASAP1 year to start, likely extensionD365Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of D365 projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality objectives are metPartner closely with client stakeholders to define requirements, clarify expectations, and maintain alignmentProactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies across the project lifecycleDrive effective communication across business and technical teams, including executive-level updatesCoordinate cross-functional teams and ensure accountability for deliverablesEngage with client leadership to refine project needs and adapt to evolving prioritiesRequired Experience5–7+ years of Project Management experienceDemonstrated hands-on experience delivering at least 2 D365 implementationsStrong background in IT PMO environments and enterprise implementationsProven ability to operate in fast-moving client environmentsKey SkillsExceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage at all levelsStrong stakeholder management and follow-up disciplineOrganized, proactive, and responsive in managing client interactionsStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
