Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Drive long-haul dry van freight for HMD Trucking out of Minneapolis, MN on national OTR routes designed for consistent miles and dependable freight flows. You’ll work with a driver-focused team that prioritizes safety and on-time service.

Key duties:

• Safely operate CDL-A dry van equipment across regional and interstate lanes
• Maintain accurate logbooks, perform inspections, and secure loads
• Communicate with dispatch and follow route plans

Compensation starts at 65¢/mi with weekly averages around 2,500 miles and multiple bonuses. Fleet features late-model tractors with sleepers, APUs, inverters and in-house maintenance. Home every two weeks. Applicants need a CDL-A and minimum 12 months’ experience.
