In this pivotal role, you will act as a trusted partner to the SVP of Compute Engineering, supporting strategic initiatives, communication, and operational excellence. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts, enhance organizational processes, and help drive large-scale transformations—ensuring our engineering teams operate at peak efficiency.Primary Responsibilities:Provide strategic counsel and executive support to the SVP of Compute Engineering.Manage high-level communications, presentations, and executive materials.Partner with engineering, product management, and leadership teams to align planning, budgeting, and operational activities.Establish governance frameworks for leadership meetings, decision follow-up, and accountability.Lead initiatives around organizational redesign, process improvements, and strategic planning.Develop KPIs and metrics; analyze data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.Support organizational readiness, operating models, and cost management programs.Manage dependencies, risks, and escalations to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.Travel: 0-15% as needed to support initiatives and stakeholder engagement.Ideal Candidate Profile:7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or related fields; MBA or equivalent preferred.Proven track record supporting senior leadership and managing strategic initiatives.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.Ability to influence across teams and manage multiple high-stakes projects.Experience in organizational transformation, governance, or process optimization a plus.Why You Should Apply:If you are a proactive leader with a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for organizational excellence, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact at a global technology leader.
