Job Title: Digital Business Analyst Location: Remote, NY Employment Type: Temp (15 months) Industry: Banking Compensation: $45.00/hr. What You'll Do Gather, document, and manage business, functional, data, and user experience requirements for digital products and system enhancements. Analyze digital analytics, customer behavior, segmentation data, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth, engagement, and operational improvements. Develop dashboards, reports, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, screen flows, and test scripts to support product delivery and business decision-making. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue triage, feature traceability, and measurement of enhancement success through adoption and performance metrics. Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance teams to deliver solutions that balance customer experience, business value, operational efficiency, and regulatory requirements. What You'll Bring High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 8 years of marketing, product management, financial, analytics or data management experience. Minimum of 8 years of experience compiling and interpreting technical information. Minimum of 8 years of experience presenting to a non-technical audience. Minimum of 8 years of Business analyst experience supporting digital products, platforms, or technology-enabled business processes. What Sets You Apart Bachelor's Degree. Master's Degree. Knowledge of statistical concepts. Proven analytical skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of pertinent statistical tools and techniques, such as linear regression, time series analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, etc. used for modeling, segmentation and data analysis. Previous financial services industry experience. Experience with pertinent web analytics and tag software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex workflows, systems, and stakeholder needs into clear, actionable analysis. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business, technology, operations, product, risk, and compliance stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline, with the ability to produce accurate, complete, and well-structured documentation. Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced, or evolving environments. Client-centric mindset, with the ability to balance user needs, business outcomes, operational efficiency, and control requirements. Experience supporting UI/UX discovery, screen flows, requirements, and delivery. Experience with digital experience user measurement and metrics. Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio). Understanding of digital security and access management concepts, including login, authentication, identity verification and account security controls. Knowledge or experience specific to M&A. Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools like Jira or Confluence. Certifications or coursework in business analysis, Agile, or similar.
