About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Data Lineage Program Manager to play a pivotal role in the delivery of a high-visibility data lineage program. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening execution discipline through a robust program management office, partnering with business, technology, and control teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive timely decisions. This hands-on leadership position requires a program manager who can thrive in complex, cross-functional environments and is adept at running enterprise-scale programs with a focus on data lineage across intricate data ecosystems. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' of relevant industry experience and a proven track record in program delivery, governance, risk, controls, data, or technology change. The role demands a leader with strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, capable of providing senior stakeholder-ready updates and driving alignment across teams with differing priorities. Proficiency in program and project management tools, as well as a working knowledge of delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, is essential. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding a degree in business, finance, economics, or a related discipline, and those with experience in data management and governance concepts, big data platforms, or data architecture.
