Schedule appointments accurately on advisor calendar Confirm appointments and reduce no-show rates through reminders Reschedule or follow up on missed appointments as needed CRM & Documentation Accurately log all activity in the CRM Maintain clean and organized lead and contact records Track appointment outcomes and required follow-ups Flag hot leads or concerns to sales leadership Qualifications Strong communication and phone presence Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and follow upr> Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 per year State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
