Sr. Manager QA Drug Product (Filling)

Regeneron is currently seeking a Sr Manager Quality Assurance to join our internal QA Drug Product Manufacturing team. This role is responsible for quality floor oversight of the filling (i.e. equipment prep, formulation, and filling) operations for SA12. Responsibilities Provide leadership to multiple teams under your supervision. Maintain quality oversight of all equipment prep, formulation, and filling across multiple lines. Lead programs that support the department, such as area walkthroughs. Support development and growth of team members, including your people leaders. Serve as the leadership point of contact for escalation of events, process updates, and other issues. Qualifications Proven leadership in cGMP environments, with experience speaking on and preparing for regulatory inspections and audits. Strong collaboration and communication across cross‑functional teams. Ability to think critically and continuously improve processes. Ability to lead a department through a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. Cleanroom Gowning & Environment Full cleanroom attire required: laundered undergarments, gown, facemask, hairnet, safety glasses, safety shoes & booties, latex gloves, and use of sanitizing agents, including IPA. Ability to remove jewelry, makeup, and nail adornments when wearing cleanroom attire. Work Hours Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Education & Experience Must have a BS/BA in Life Sciences or related field and at least 8 years of experience. Experience in fill/finish manufacturing is preferred. Prior supervisory or people‑leadership experience is required. Education can be substituted for proven experience. Salary Annual range: $126,300.00 – $206,100.00. Benefits Comprehensive benefits vary by location.
