This position is a full-time role focused entirely on Urology, supported by a well-established multi-specialty clinic staff. Role Purpose

The selected physician will deliver high-quality medical services within their specialty, focusing on direct patient care while also managing related tasks such as completing medical records, providing consultations via MyChart, and collaborating with advanced practice providers and care team members.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the medical care of a patient panel, arranging for inpatient care as needed, either through regular hospital rounds or by coordinating with hospitalists or other qualified physicians.
• Work collaboratively with patients, families, and care team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes at designated clinic locations and any other outreach sites.
• Document medical histories and physical examinations in accordance with hospital bylaws.
• Provide or arrange for call coverage for both clinic and inpatient patients, adhering to organizational policies and medical staff bylaws.
• Mentor and collaborate with advanced practice providers and support staff involved in patient care.
• This position is classified as safety-sensitive, requiring constant alertness and safe work practices.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Doctorate in Medicine
• Experience: No supervisory experience required
• Licenses & Certifications: Board Eligible or Board Certified in the relevant specialty; Licensed Physician

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience
