We are seeking experienced professional coding specialists to perform accurate code assignments remotely from a home office. The ideal candidate will be flexible, detail-oriented, independent, quality-conscious, and adaptable. Additional qualifications include:

1. AHIMA or AAPC certification.
2. At least three years of recent experience coding inpatient/outpatient pro-fee records.
3. Experience coding across multiple specialties.
4. Technical skills with remote connectivity tools including VPNs, multi-factor authentication, and video conferencing.
5. Proficiency with office software such as Outlook, Excel, and calendar management.
6. Reliable, punctual, and able to meet client productivity targets with a coding quality of 95% or higher.
