About the Role

This role is pivotal in supporting key business and financial initiatives and requires a professional with extensive alternative investment finance experience and a background in a senior finance leadership position such as CFO, Controller, or a comparable role. Applicants for the Interim Chief Financial Officer position at the company must have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a preference for CPA certification. A minimum of 10 years' of progressive fund finance, investment management accounting, or related financial leadership experience is essential, with a focus on senior-level finance responsibilities. The role demands a candidate with a strong knowledge of alternative investment fund accounting, financial reporting, investor reporting, fund administration, and financial operations. Technical skills in financial reporting, fund accounting, treasury, accounting systems, and financial analysis are also required. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial leadership, executive communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate independently.
