Leasing Consultant – Affordable Housing | Albany, NY
Pay: $25.00/hour

We're seeking a customer-focused Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, renewals, and marketing for an affordable housing community in Albany, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct apartment tours and follow up with prospects
• Lease apartments and process renewals
• Complete applications and lease documentation
• Coordinate resident retention efforts
• Monitor market trends and recommend marketing strategies
• Maintain model apartments and support occupancy goals

Qualifications:

• Previous leasing, sales, or hospitality experience preferred
• Affordable housing experience (Tax Credit, Section 8, or Section 236) a plus
• Strong customer service, communication, and closing skills
• Proficient with computers and leasing software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Weekend availability as needed

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
