As a Strategy & Deals Strategy Senior Associate, you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. Your role involves analyzing market trends, assessing business opportunities, and developing strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions about their deals. You will focus on building client relationships, managing complex situations, and enhancing your technical and personal brand while delivering high‑quality work under ambiguity.
