Description - What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical tests-including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-adhering to established protocols.
• Ensure accuracy by analyzing test results, troubleshooting discrepancies, and performing routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection and meticulously prepare samples for testing as needed.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all procedures, offer training for new staff or students, and help uphold the high-quality standards of the lab.
• Uphold a sterile and safe working environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be achieved within one year of hire.
• Maintain current certification throughout your employment with us.
