In-Home Physician (Full Time) - Boise, ID

Job Summary Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, is seeking a Full‑Time Physician to provide in‑home health evaluations, engaging with patients in the comfort of their own homes and helping bridge gaps in care. Responsibilities Conduct 45‑minute home visits that include medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and additional diagnostic tests as ordered by the health plan. Use an iPad and an intuitive clinical workflow; not required to prescribe medication, order lab tests, or alter the patient’s current treatment regimen. Build trusted relationships to improve health outcomes and connect patients to appropriate care. Travel locally and within licensed states as needed, and conduct virtual visits as required. Provide Diagnostic & Preventive Services such as spirometry, diabetic eye exams, bone density screening, and other screeners. Work Environment Work in patients’ private residences, which may contain household pets, secondhand smoke, or other allergens. Candidates must be able to perform duties safely in these environments. Required Qualifications MD or DO with an active, unrestricted license(s) in the coverage area(s). Multi‑state licenses preferred. Preferred Qualifications None specified.
