Commercial Litigation Attorney (Mid-Level Associate to Of Counsel) Coral Gables, FL (in-office, with hybrid flexibility after full integration) Commensurate with experience and level of entry Career Staffing Talent has partnered with a Miami litigation boutique focused exclusively on sophisticated business litigation. The firm is open to hiring at the Mid-Level Associate, Senior Associate, Senior Counsel, or Of Counsel level, depending on experience and qualifications. What You'll Be Doing You'll handle complex commercial matters from pleadings through trial preparation — business disputes, contract litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, fiduciary duty claims, real estate litigation, and banking and financial services litigation. The firm's attorneys routinely litigate against large regional and national firms, so you'll be expected to manage an active caseload independently, take and defend depositions, and argue substantive motions in court. What We're Looking For

• ️ 5+ years handling sophisticated commercial litigation matters
• ️ Experience across all phases of litigation: pleadings, discovery, motion practice, hearings, mediation, and trial preparation
• ️ Significant deposition experience and courtroom experience arguing substantive motions
• ️ Excellent legal writing, grammar, and verbal communication skills
• ️ Strong academic and professional credentials
• ️ Strong analytical, strategic, and advocacy skills
• ️ Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required

Note : this practice is concentrated in complex commercial litigation. Candidates whose backgrounds are primarily in insurance defense are generally not a strong fit.
